I am a big fan of Oceanvolt, but to make an investment it would be good to have an understanding of the company's financial health and position. Can you help with the following:

1) What was 2018 revenue? What is projected for 2019? You have disclosed 2020 revenue. 2) It is state the company is participating in a new growth trend in electrification. So it would be good to understand the forecast the company has. What is the annual growth expected by management for the next 3 years? It would also be good to understand the growth the past 3 years as well? 3) What is gross margin on the product currently? What is the expect gross margin next year and target in 5 years? 4) Is the company profitable? If it is not, when does the company expect to be profitable. It would be good to see financial statement for 2018 and previous years of operation. 5) How much debit does the company have and who are the major shareholders? 6) What risk does competition have even though the market is potentially large? 7) How will the money raised by this funding be used? 8) How much money is invested into R&D to create new products and what percentage is this in terms of overall expenditures. 9) Is there an exit plan from private company to public or acquisition? What are the milestones towards that exit plan? If there is no plan, how do investors receive their money back when they need to exit the investment? 10) What action does the company plan that may dilute shareholder ownership?

Please feel free to point me to a document, if I missed it.

The pitch states that "Oceanvolt has 8 patents in selected strategic geographical areas (US, EU, GB, and Finland).". Please share links (or publication numbers) for the published patents an patent applications, so that we investors can evaluate your IPR position.

(I only found two patent families in the name of Oceanvolt.)

In the company profile you discuss mainly "sailing boats". How do you see traditional "motor boats" in terms of your product offering?

As most of us have the background in sailing, it was a natural first step for Oceanvolt to develop systems both for sailin mono- and multihulls. We also developed the award winning Servoprop system to generate power and charge batteries while sailing. However, we do see a fast growing market for motor boat systems. There are an increasing number of lakes and urban areas with restriction of using combustion engines in boats and on the leisure market we have new customers demanding emission free solutions. Globally the motor boat market is much bigger than the sailing boat market and there is a great potential for Oceanvolt.

Thanks for answer. Do you currently have product solutions for the demand considering motor boat leisure market?

How do you see the competition, especially from China?

There is, no doubt, a growing competition, also from China. On the other hand, in a rapidly growing market we welcome competition because we cannot "do all the job ourselves". Oceanvolt has unique know how of how the system is integrated between the motors, batteries and control units and how these are controlled by software. We believe we are ahead of most of our competition but we need to run fast to keep the gap. It is one of the reasons for this equity funding round.

I wonder how often a fundraiser here reaches over 130% within one day? I guess there's a real risk of arriving too late if the maximum goal is reached, right?

This is the first time Oceanvolt is participating in crowdfunding so we do not have own references. According to Invesdor this is quite exceptional. The Oceanvolt team is so happy for the overwhelming interest for clean and silent electric power and propulsion systems among experienced investors as well as from a large public group of enthusiasts.

Thank you - I hope for all the best for a clean and green future ! :-)

Thanks. We have still three and a half weeks to go, but with this interest we might reach the maximum limit before so do not hesitate.
