Company profile
Event organizers across Europe face a major challenge: running large events smoothly when traditional systems can’t keep up. As crowds grow, mobile networks often fail—causing problems with access control, payments, and visitor data. The result? Long queues, missed sales, and frustrated guests.
CoreGo, founded in 2015 in Helsinki, solves this problem with a smart, all-in-one event platform. It connects access control, payments and event analytics into one reliable system, which combined with state of the art private network capabilities, provides a compelling value proposition. The technology has already proven itself at high-profile events.
A standout example is Adele’s record-breaking concert series in Munich in 2024, which attracted close to 800,000 visitors from more than 80 countries over four weeks. The event was both a musical and logistical masterpiece that set new standards for live entertainment. CoreGo’s platform handled all payments and visitor data with zero downtime, proving its reliability and performance under the most demanding real-world conditions.
CoreGo operates in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Germany, and plans to grow into Denmark and the Netherlands. In 2024, the company reached €5 million in revenue and as of June 2025 already €8 million in revenue has been secured.
The business model is based on recurring software licenses, hardware rentals and sales, as well as service contracts. Clients often start with one part of the system, like payment terminals, and expand over time.
With a solid financial base, growing demand and a trusted product, CoreGo is ready to scale across Europe and become a leader in digital event solutions.
