Why should you invest with Invesdor?

Our goal is to be clear and transparent for borrowers and investors. This is also how we optimize and design our offering on a daily basis:

As one of the leading crowdfunding platforms, Invesdor offers you the opportunity to invest in unique projects in the European region. With our many years of experience, we have already been able to finance 890 projects with a volume of over 531 million euros.

We hold the ECSP license, which ensures broad diversity and legal certainty for all financing rounds. It also provides good diversification opportunities - not only thematically, but also geographically.

High quality standards in the selection of projects, are the be-all and end-all for us. We deliberately present only a few companies that convince our internal investment committee and have detailed due diligence.

We focus on sustainability in our projects, because we believe that our world needs a change. A change towards a more sustainable, equal and responsible world.

Invesdor is a reliable European crowdfunding platform with over a decade of experience in being a intermediary between investors and companies. Our Investment Committee chooses which companies get to open a funding round on Invesdor's platform. As an investor, you have the possibility to choose which companies to invest in and how much.


You have the right to withdraw your investment within 14 days and your funds will be returned to you within a couple of bank days, if you decide to cancel your investment.
If the funding round does not reach the minimum amount, your funds will be returned to you within within a couple of bank days.

It is easy to register as an Invesdor investor. You sign up to the platform using your email address.
When you make your first investment on Invesdor's platform, we are obliged to do a background check on you as part of the ECSP regulatory framework (Know Your Customer, KYC). We will contact you if we need further information from you.

Who is behind Invesdor?

Before founding Invesdor (formerly Kapilendo), Christopher Grätz worked as a management consultant at KPMG AG in the Strategy & Operations - Financial Services division and advised major German and international banks and DAX-30 industrial companies. Christopher Grätz holds a Master's degree from the University of St Andrews and is a qualified banker.

Before founding Invesdor (formerly Finnest), Günther Lindenlaub worked for Raiffeisen Bank International AG for over 20 years and was responsible for the Investment Banking Products division. He holds a master's degree in commerce from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Mari Lymysalo

Mari Lymysalo has more than 20 years of experience in corporate development, management and venture capital. Prior to joining Invesdor, Mari Lymysalo led the investment arm of Capgemini Ventures as Investment Director. Mari Lymysalo holds a master's degree in industrial engineering and management with a focus in applied mathematics.

Maarten de Jong

Maarten de Jong is co-founder and managing director of the Dutch crowdfunding platform Oneplanetcrowd. After completing his studies and spending six months in Sri Lanka, he started working in the Netherlands for the Business in Development Network, where he brokered funding opportunities in emerging markets. He holds a degree in technical business administration from the University of Groningen (NL).
