Estimated revenue 2020 is almost 2,2 million euros. How much of this revenue is expected to come from domestic sales and how much from international?

In the pitch you say: "The turnover for 2018 increased to EUR 176,000. The turnover grew on average 13% per month from August to December without any significant sales or marketing measures."

Since the total turnover only increased by 5% from 2017 to 2018, that means that the first half of 2018 sales were almost non-existant? Please clarify what happened there.

Thank you Loska for the great questions! More than 95% of the revenue 2020 is estimated to come from domestic sales. International sales is estimated to grow more in 2021.

We just analyzed the sales of the beginning of the year. The average sale in the best store in Kuopio was 9,2 Komero bags per day and 78,61 euros per day from 1st of january to 11th of March. This means that 100 stores with the same average sale would create 2,8 million euros in sales per year.

We completed rebranding project in the beginning of the year 2018. Example the Komero bag was all plastic before that. That package doesn't worked in the store. We noticed the need for the rebranding and made the needed changes to the concept and brand. We started with the renovated brand and concept in August 2018. Since that the sales has been growing and new stores is coming almost every day. Example 35 new stores has ordered Komero bags since 18 February.

Is there a plan to make also more ”challenging” packs to couples who know good food- visit offen restaurants but like to cook also home? Like deluxe line?

Thanks for the good question! Yes, we will launch this kind of products later. Just now we want to offer 15 mins packs that also children can cook delicious food in 15 minutes!

Where is the breakeven point, how many bags do you have to sell per year?

Hello Hans! Thanks for the great questions.

The breakeven point is about 150 000 bags per year (about 2900 per week). Now we are selling about 1000 bags per week. So, rough estimate is that we need to triple the sales for the breakeven.

We have estimated that the bag for 2-3 people is the best solution just now. In the future it is possible to offer bigger bags. For example, average family size is 2,8 in Finland. The family size shows a decreasing trend. Other thing is that we have noticed that one of the best things with the Komero bag is that about 10-years-old child can cook healthy food for him/herself for example before hobbies. It is also easier to cook when it is not too big amount of ingredients.
