I wonder whether you release earnings reports and if potential investor may have access to them (especially to the previous ones)?

It seems that issuing new shares is your primary way to fund growth instead of taking debt. For a small investor this creates a dilution risk. Company valuation increase each round should keep the share value at original level.

1) Are you taking debt to finance growth?

2) How has the shares diluted previously?

3) Has the share value gone up or down because of dilution?

4) Do you plan to go public?

Thanks!

Thank you for your very relevant questions. Below you will find our answers:

1) No, Greenstat has no interest bearing debt and will not have any befoer we have a positive cash flow. 2) and 3) The shares have been deluted in the following steps: 2015 Jan - 30 000 shares 1 NOK per share (www.cmr.no was the founding company) 2016 Jun - 1 925 001 new shares 1,20 NOK per share (founding contributors was given the option of matching their earlier contribution at reduced price of 1,50 NOK) 2016 Sep - 3 816 712 new shares 1,50 NOK per share (public round ending in 243 new shareholders 2017 Mar - 2885 855 new shares 1,65 per share (ongoing round)

4) Yes, we plan to go public, but not in the next few years. General comment: The aim is to increase the value of the company by investing in good projects so that the share price could be increased steadily through future emision rounds. The goal will be to have a 5-15 % increase per year for smaller emision rounds. Only extraordinary events will lead to drastic shifts in the share price. Our target investor is a long term investor seeking steady growth combined with making a green investment. Investors with a short term perspective seeking rapid return on investment will most likely not be the ideal match for our company.

Thank you for your comments. Just couple more follow-up questions:

5) By emision round do you mean funding round where you issue new shares? I haven't used word emission myself in accordance to funding rounds :)

6) Do you think your target long-term investors should invest in future emission rounds as well?

7) How do you keep your investors up to date? Most of the company material seems to be in Norwegian. Are there summaries in English to keep international investors up to date in important events like new emissions?

5) Yes, it means a funding round where new shares are issued. In Norwegian it is called "Emisjon".

6) Yes, we hope that investors continue investing in our company through the coming funding rounds. We already see that many existing investors increase their investments.

7) To keep our invstors updated we send news letters on a regular basis. For now, it has been in Norwegian, but we will need to do this in English after this round. We are also working on our English web site. It will be ready by the end of the funding round.
