Could you describe the competition on European & Global level? You only mention one Swedish competitor at the pitch.

Thanks for your e-mail. Competition on Global level. It is around 18 000 different rental agencies registered who have some kind of digital awareness across Europe. PropTech (Property technology) have start to increase rapidly. The biggest ones in Europe are Spotahome and Purple bricks.

Hi!

Thanks for your interest in Renthia and your question. As for now, we don't have any plans of launching this segment. We work underneath with STRIPE as a payment provider. But with that said we are open to investigating this potential income in the future as we get bigger. We have the opportunity to provide this offer because we are solving a big problem for our customers once they move to a new city and there priority is to locate a new home and from there we can provide them with more offers.

What costs are included in the CAC 2.400 SEK? What is your churn rate -%?

Hi!

Thanks for your question. The CAC is pure marketing who drives our customers so sign up at the platform, do a booking and then sign a rental contract. Could be different marketing campaigns.

Our churn rate annual is 12%.

So you expanded in to Netherlands and either pulled out or changed the business model in some way as 2017 there has been revenue etc?

Hi!

Thanks for your question. We launched there as the first market outside Sweden in 2016 with the ambition of having local offices & local management. End of 2016 we decided to have everything coordinated from our HQ in Stockholm instead. But we have decided to keep our company there instead of close it down. So all T/O for all markets and future markets will be shown in as one company located in Sweden together with all costs as well.
